Refund Policy
All sales are considered final. However, unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging and proof of purchase.
Products that have been used outdoors, damaged through use, or returned in unsellable condition are not eligible for return or refund.

If your return request is approved, our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
For approved returns of unopened and unused products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Damages and Manufacturer Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so our team can evaluate the issue.
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect or arrives damaged, Puffer may require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement product or store credit. Approved warranty-related shipping costs will be covered by Puffer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used outdoors or damaged through use
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
