At this time, Puffer ships within the United States only.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, address errors, supply chain issues, or events outside of our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Section 6 — Returns, Refunds, and Defects
Returns, refunds, replacements, and store credit are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within the stated return window. Approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
Products that have been used outdoors, damaged through use, or returned in unsellable condition are not eligible for return or refund.
If your product arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturer defect, we may require photos, packaging information, and/or return of the item for inspection before issuing a replacement or store credit.
