Puffer works hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery timing falls with the carrier.
While we are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped, our team will continue to assist customers with tracking updates and communication if shipping issues arise.
If delays occur, we will provide updates regarding the status of your order and estimated delivery timelines whenever available.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or high order volume.
If Puffer is unable to fulfill and deliver your order within 90 days of the original purchase date, the customer may request a full refund.
